HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Ambassadors: The Official Smart + Design Housing Agent

With Ambassadors you will receive descriptions, photos and maps to help you choose the perfect hotel. An acknowledgment of your hotel reservation will be sent to you immediately via email upon completion of the online process or within 24 hours for reservations received via phone, fax or mail.

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and require a first night's room and tax deposit guaranteed by check or credit card. All deposits are due when the initial reservation is made. All new reservations, changes, substitutions and cancellations must be made through Ambassadors. Please refer to your hotel confirmation for individual cancellation policies.

*Ambassadors is the only official housing company of Smart + Design. Other housing companies using the Smart + Design name are not affiliated with Smart + Design, therefore their legitimacy cannot be guaranteed.

The Georgia World Congress Center is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council and is compiling documentation with the council in pursuit of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Existing Buildings (LEED-EB) certification.

MARTA - Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority

Directions to GWCC (via MARTA):

The GWCC is MARTA accessible at two stations. For access to events in Buildings A and B, use the Dome/GWCC/Philips Arena/CNN Center Station (W-1). For access to events in Building C, use the W-1 station above, or use the Vine City Station (W-2). Both stations are footsteps away from the entrances at the Georgia World Congress Center.

MARTA rail operating hours:
Monday through Friday: Approximately 5 a.m to 1 a.m (last train leaves airport at 1:00 a.m.)
Saturdays: Approximately 6 a.m. to 12 a.m. (last train leaves airport at 1:05 a.m)
Sundays/Holidays: Approximately 6 a.m. to 12 a.m. (last train leaves airport 12:46 a.m)

How to Find MARTA in Hartsfield-Jackson
The entrance to MARTA's Airport Station is located inside the western end of the airport's main terminal. Our faregates are just a few feet from the baggage claim areas. Follow the signs, they are plentiful.

Airport Station Helper
We're attached to the Airport, right off baggage claim. One way fares are only $1.75, and within 20 minutes, you can be downtown.
